What Can I Do If I Have A Red X On My EazyBot Bot?
From the Dashboard/Home
Click on the 2 lines at the top left of the page (top middle on phone)
Click on Bot Management
Click on Bots
Click on coin bar that has the red X
- If there is an error message, take a screen shot in the light mode and send in a support ticket at support [@] eazybot.com
- If there are no error message, click on Settings Gear at the top right next to Profit/Loss
- Click on Status drop down menu
- Select Active
- Click Save (if pop up "Balance exceed to the limit, Are you sure you want to continue?") comes up, click OK
It will bring you back to the Bots page and the bot will have a green check
